Mgr Malachy Keegan is a Catholic priest, ordained 47 years ago, and an accredited, practising psychotherapist for almost 20 years.

He has worked in the U.K. and Europe, Africa, India, North and South America often among poor and traumatised people.  He studied Psychology and Spirituality at the University of Berkeley, California as well as in the U.K. He worked in prisons in the UK and Europe for 14 years with people who have both suffered immense trauma in their own lives and have inflicted trauma on others. He has been chaplain to a Religious community of Contemplatives as well as a hospital and school chaplain.  He is presently a Parish Priest, near Croydon in South London.
