Audio exercise for MHAW2018

For Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 (14-20 May), in collaboration with Pray as you go, we have prepared 7 audio exercises designed to encourage, in God’s presence, prayerful awareness of any feelings of unease or distress. These short exercises last no more than 8 minutes and are available on our app, website and for download via Soundcloud. We hope you will find them helpful and we pray for anyone using these sessions who might be struggling at the moment.
