St Ignatius of Loyola began life as a courtier and soldier. Eventually, after a life-changing injury and a dramatic conversion, he would become the founder and first Superior General of an innovative, fast-growing and international religious order: the Society of Jesus.

This one-day workshop brings together input, discussion and experience to explore what we can learn from St Ignatius about good leadership, and how we might put it into practice. We will also explore how Pope Francis, the first Jesuit pope, has put these lessons into practice with his ‘discerning leadership’.
