Mindfulness and the Alexander Technique (Jan #2)
The Alexander Technique and Mindfulness help us to respond to the drama of our daily lives with greater awareness and compassion.
We meet to support each other in living our lives mindfully within a faith - filled context.
The group meets on the 2nd and last Wednesday of each month.
The fortnightly sessions will be of interest to anyone, especially people of faith who wish to live a life of deeper presence within themselves and in the world.
The two-hour session consists of:
- guided meditation / talk
- silent prayer
- walking meditation
