The Alexander Technique is Mindfulness embodied. Seen in this context the body can become a vehicle for transformation and self discovery.
Through the mindful presence and skillful touch of the Alexander Technique teacher's hands, a very new way of being is conveyed to the pupil. This new way of being enables us to use ourselves more economically and efficiently in all areas of our life.
This workshop will explore in detail how the Alexander Technique evolved, how it can be applied and, most importantly, how it can be combined with mindfulness in giving us tools to be more present in life.
